管理员接用户举报，反馈本案件涉事账号通过私信联系其他用户，以“自己是外国人，外国手机号码无法注册国内软件”为由，向其他用户借用国内手机号码注册软件账号。

经工作人员检查，在尝试说服诱使他人提供手机号码时，其自称姓名从Lucas变成Peter又变成John反复横跳了许久、自报出身来自英国、多哥、尼日利亚等亦是难以确定。在其他用户提高警惕提出质疑时，此人偶尔会破防并挤出一段世界文豪级的辱骂（？）文案，奇文如下：
