Due to Bilibili's restrictions (possibly due to security and review reasons), only links from the Bilibili whitelist can be shortened.
Currently supported domains are: (*.)bilibili.com, which almost covers all internal URLs on Bilibili.
Since July 2022, Bilibili has stopped supporting the conversion of links from the (*.)hdslb.com domain.
